From the 1st of January 2012, the owners of Agriver and Flowers Direct announced that Agriver(UK) Limited will merge all business activities with Flowers (Int) Direct Ltd. Therefore, all activities will be in the name of Agriver (UK) Ltd and all commitments that Flowers Direct has with all suppliers or customers will be honored by Agriver.
Both companies being under the same ownership, and with much of the activities, personnel and marketing facilities being shared by both companies, it has been deemed beneficial to combine all our activities under one entity- Agriver (UK) Ltd.
The management expects this change to save and make the two companies more financially efficient!
Agriver (UK) Ltd will be marketing all the core products under three different divisions:
1)Cut flowers and Foliage
2)Fresh cut Herbs and Exotic Fruits
3)Ornamental Fish
In 2012 the three divisions will be participating in the following exhibitions:
Fruit Logistica – Berlin from the 8-10 th of February, 2012.
Agro Mashov- Tel Aviv from the 29th of February until the 1st of March, 2012.
World Flower Expo- New York from the 14-16th of March, 2012.
InterZoo-Nurenberg from the 17-20th of May, 2012.
Moscow flower exhibition- to be advised
IFTF Holland flower exhibition-to be advised.
